Schedule: Full-Time | Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Hiring Range: $28.77 - $37.62 per hour

We’re looking for a Medical Lab Technician (MLT)  who is passionate about accuracy, quality, and the deeper purpose behind the work.



What You’ll Do:

As a Medical Lab Technician (MLT), you’ll perform professional-level testing and analysis across a wide range of laboratory procedures to ensure precise, timely, and meaningful results. You’ll collaborate closely with providers and clinical teams to support patient care, while upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Performing routine and specialized laboratory tests with precision and attention to detail.

  • Maintaining sample integrity through skilled phlebotomy techniques.
  • Ensuring all lab equipment, instruments, and quality controls meet established standards.
  • Applying professional judgment when evaluating and releasing results.
  • Consulting with physicians and other medical professionals as needed.
  • Assisting in training and mentoring new lab team members (MLT II/III).
  • Supporting inventory management and ordering of lab supplies.
  • Contributing to a safe, organized, and culturally respectful work environment.


What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Graduate of a NAACLS-accredited MLT program or completion of a 50-week military MLT program.
  • MLT I: MLT certification or ability to obtain within (1) year of hire and successful completion of a (5) month laboratory clinical rotation (moderate to high complexity testing).
  • MLT II: MLT certification and at least (2) years of medical lab generalist experience (moderate to high complexity testing).
  • Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist certification — must apply within (1) month of hire and obtain within (4) months.
