PURPOSE:
The Associate Marketing Manager is a position that supports the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. This role involves collaborating with either Made-to-Order (MTO) or Made-to-Stock (MTS) Channel Marketing Managers or Senior Channel Marketing Managers to drive joint marketing campaigns, manage partner relationships, and analyze market trends to maximize the effectiveness of channel marketing programs. This role is key in supporting product launches as well as digital initiatives for assigned MTO or stock products.

Experience
* Entry level with less than 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business-related area.
* Career Orientation Development or related experience a plus.
Skills
* Excellent planning, project management and organizational skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience with business presentations.
* Proficiency in computer skills especially utilizing Excel for data analysis, PowerPoint, Word.
* The ability to build effective business relationships.

Education
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred, graduate degree in listed fields is a plus.
Channel Support:
* Maintain regular communication with partners and commercial team to support their marketing efforts.
* Support digital UX by working closely with Digital Team to manage and update websites and assist in monitoring channel social media platforms.
* Monitor and update online product listing on retailer sites to maintain best in class presence.
* Communicates product and merchandising materials and coordinates plans with merchandising team.
* Support channel product launch activities specific to physical and digital asset creation including showroom support, catalogs, spec guides, launch brochures, layouts, POP materials, and other assets needed for launch.
* Support launch presentations to help create excitement for new products and communicate product discontinuances.
* Create AFE for commercialization costs of stock launches.
* Account promotional communication management.
* Upload and maintain all digital assets in marketing's digital asset manager.
Market Analysis & Insights:
* Provide channel product mix, product performance, and brand performance analysis.
* Gather and maintain competitor price, product, and programming information.
* Demonstrate understanding of key business drivers including revenue, profitability, and contractual agreements.
* Maintain all showroom displays POP materials, and printed literature to align with brand guidelines and standards.
* Online maintenance and required updates of products listed on retailer's sites.
* Communication with internal teams to support ongoing training related to product events and activities.
* Adherence and promotion of the company's core values and CITE principles.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
* Typically, this does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Physical Demands:
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
Working Environment:
* Flexible work schedule with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week and 2 work from home days optional. Required days in the office may be set by supervisor.
* Typical office environment. The noise level is usually moderate.
* Up to 25% out-of-town travel may be required for client/field support, plant product and process review, meeting with agencies, and the similar. Initial commercialization phases may require travel of more than 25%.
* Occasional weekend work and extended evening hours may be necessary.
* Reports to: Channel Marketing Manager
