Schedules work for production and monitors the flow of products through the complete production cycle. Coordinate the necessary inventory to support the work scheduled.  This role supports large body and small body engines as well as RGBs utilizing standard production planning process and procedures.

Responsibilities
•    Analyzing and troubleshooting planned production scheduling problems.
•    Collaborating with cross-functional teams to incorporate customer and business requirements. Releasing work orders to the shop.
•    Completes status reports, such as production progress, WIP and materials inventory.

•    1+ years experience in production systems (ERP, excel, MS applications) in a manufacturing or remanufacturing environment, preferably turbo machinery.

Production Scheduling and Control: Knowledge of procedures and tools for scheduling and controlling production runs; ability to utilize knowledge of daily manufacturing processes to assure quality deliverables.
Level Working Knowledge: 
•    Follows existing procedures to set up, stage and ensure proper job completion.
•    Identifies demand patterns; implements demand management processes.
•    Coordinates appropriate production documentation and authorizations.
•    Confirms production requirements and lead times beforehand; assists in setting up production jobs.
•    Diagnoses and addresses production problems using established guidelines.

Summary Pay Range:

$51,674.00 - $77,510.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
