POSITION SUMMARY
We are recruiting for a Client Coordinator to join our team in Witham. This role can be worked on a hybrid basis.
Working with some of the UK's leading brands you will be responsible for various duties which will enable packaging artwork projects to be delivered accurately and on time.
Good communication, IT skills as well as attention to detail are all good skills for this role.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage project timelines to meet deadlines.
- Managing internal trackers with live projects.
- Consistent communication with the internal team.
- Writing briefs to the studio.
- Booking artwork jobs into the studio team via the internal systems.
- Booking in E-Commerce images into the studio via internal systems.
- Escalating queries from the studio to the commercial team.
- Facilitating internal meetings regarding upcoming projects and project status updates.
- Consistent communication with the client regarding project status.
- Uploading to client facing systems.
- Generate internal reports.
- Dispatching colour proofs to client and printer.
- Complete reconciling ahead of invoicing.
- Completing daily timesheets.
- Developing training materials for internal processes.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning). Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients.
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
- Ability to work overtime as necessary.
Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required
