We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive our end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution across global GTM (Go-to-Market) and critical Corporate Business functions across the UK and Europe. You will be pivotal in scaling our organisation and enhancing our talent acquisition operational excellence.

Requirements
This pivotal role is a blend of hands-on recruitment delivery and strategic work, designed to enhance our ability to attract and secure top talent for critical GTM and Corporate functions.
You will be a key partner to hiring managers, and support the enhancement of our employer brand:
- Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage the recruitment process for key roles across the UK, Europe, and the US, from role development to onboarding.
- Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain talent pipelines through innovative channels like direct sourcing and employee referrals.
- Recruitment Operations: Analyse data and KPIs to optimize recruitment processes and systems for greater efficiency.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to branding initiatives by refining job descriptions and creating content to attract diverse talent.
- Mentorship: Mentor less experienced team members and support people leaders with recruitment best practices.
This role is designed for impact, and we believe our best work happens when we connect. While we operate a flexible model, we expect you to spend time on site (at our London office) for collaboration, stakeholder meetings, and internal workshops.
What Success Looks Like
We are looking for a proven talent acquisition specialist who can both deliver on high-volume, complex hiring and drive strategic operational improvements.
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, full-cycle talent acquisition role, ideally within a scaling technology organisation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior hiring managers and influence strategic talent decisions.
- Proven capability in sourcing both permanent and contractor top talent, with strong candidate screening and negotiation skills across the UK and Europe.
- An active interest in AI, automation, and technology to enable process efficiencies and enhance the candidate experience.
- A solid understanding of UK and European employment law and recruitment best practices, with a commitment to embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion in every stage of the process.
- Experience leveraging ATS and HR systems (Workable, BambooHR), applying recruitment analytics, and driving process improvement across the hiring lifecycle.
- Experience with US-based talent acquisition, including navigating compliance, compensation, and sourcing strategies, would be a significant advantage as we look to expand our global footprint.
