WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Cleaning, stocking, and supplying designated facility areas.
  • Cleaning includes- dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, common areas, offices, and other areas of the facility.
  • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
  • Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special cleaning projects.
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needed repairs.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.
  • Work in unison with staff members to ensure a clean and tidy facility.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.


    • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Proven working experience as a cleaner
  • High School Diploma
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Ability to handle cleaning equipment and machinery


    • WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • The job is performed indoors in a facility setting. Exposure to chemicals and laboratory agents is expected. Protective safety clothing, goggles, gloves, and/or facemasks are required as needed. Activities include extended periods of standing or bending and extensive work using cleaning equipment and machinery.
