At Inovus, we live and breathe Data and AI transformation. We help organisations unlock real value from their data, scale AI adoption, and reimagine how they operate.

Our approach is different. We combine strategic advisory, fixed-scope consulting, and delivery excellence to ensure our clients see measurable results – not just glossy PowerPoint decks. We work side by side with senior stakeholders to shape strategy, build capability, and embed lasting change across the enterprise.

We operate with the pace and hunger of a start-up, the rigour of top-tier consulting, and a mission to disrupt outdated models by delivering transparent, impactful, and commercially sharp solutions.

The Role

As a Growth Manager at Inovus, you will play a key role in accelerating our expansion across Data and AI. You will help some of the world’s most recognised brands unlock the value of their data, adopt emerging technologies, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Your focus will be on driving sustainable growth by shaping go-to-market strategies, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence across key clients and sectors. You will identify opportunities where Data and AI can create tangible impact and work with cross-functional teams to turn that potential into meaningful, scalable success.

This role combines commercial acumen, market insight, and creativity. You will work at the intersection of business strategy, sales, and delivery, helping position Inovus as the trusted transformation partner for senior leaders including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and Heads of Data.

If you thrive on building growth engines, shaping markets, and creating opportunities in fast-moving environments, this is your platform to make a lasting impact.

  • Lead the shaping of solutions that are commercially viable, outcome-focused, and aligned with client priorities.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Delivery to design and scope offerings that can scale effectively.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, representing the voice of the market to inform new propositions and services.

Commercial Performance and Insight

  • Achieve growth and revenue targets through new opportunities, strategic accounts, and partnerships.
  • Maintain a healthy, well-qualified pipeline that reflects market opportunity and strategic priorities.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, insights, and market intelligence to support planning and decision-making.
  • Track performance metrics and continuously refine strategies to maximise impact and return.
