Security Services Northwest, Inc. (SSNW) — a premier private security company serving the West Coast since 1977 — is seeking an accomplished Vice President to oversee operations and drive company growth. SSNW provides armed and unarmed security, patrol, dispatching, alarm installation, maritime AT/FP, and remote monitoring services to local, state, and federal clients across multiple states.

The ideal candidate is a proven executive leader with a deep understanding of corporate operations, acquisitions, security services, and innovation through the integration of technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the President and CEO daily.
• Oversee Sales, Human Resources, Contracting, Compliance, Operations, Alarm, Accounting, IT, and Payroll Departments.
• Lead company-wide operational strategy, compliance, and performance management.
• Manage multi-state contracts, licensing, and insurance renewals.
• Ensure financial integrity, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
• Represent SSNW in executive meetings, client engagements, and industry events.
• Must reside within 45 minutes of SSNW Headquarters in Sequim, WA.
• This is an in-person position reporting to HQ daily.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive or senior leadership experience in operations, service industry, or security management.
• Direct experience managing 600–1,000 employees across multiple states, locations, and or divisions.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, contract law, labor law, and multi-state regulatory compliance.
• Strong background in AI technology and software development is a plus.

• A bachelor's or master's degree is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Experience in the security field or law enforcement/military is a plus.
• Proven record of leadership, accountability, and professional integrity.
• Experience working with ADP and scheduling software applications.
• Must pass criminal history check, drug testing, good driving record, and sign NDA

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $195,000 – $225,000 annually DOE
• $25,000 signing bonus
• Up to $20,000 in relocation reimbursement (if needed)
• 3 weeks paid vacation
