$500 Bonus after 90 days of successful employment!

Also, once hired, you can and additional $500 for each successful referral who stays with the company for 90 days — up to three referrals total— when you help us grow our team with great talent. Referral bonus is only available for certain positions.

We are seeking to hire for the following shifts:

7 AM - to- 7 PM rotating on 3 on / 4 off schedule (to include every other weekend)

7PM - to - 7AM rotating on 3 on / 4 off schedule (to include every other weekend)

Production

• Responsible for supplying production lines with components.
• Loading hoppers with fiber, making boxes for pillows, and applying license plates to pallets.
• Pulling bags and shells to the line from the staging area.
• Responsible for packing and boxing pillows.
• Responsible for performing duties in such a way as to ensure the safety of oneself and one’s co-workers.
