Key Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any concerns or changes to the supervising therapist
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment to ensure a safe and effective therapy session
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, stretches, and activities to support ongoing recovery
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and progress notes
- Adhere to all safety protocols, infection control procedures, and ethical standards

- Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Valid state licensure or certification as a PTA
- ATC preferred, but not required
-Proven experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members
- Ability to follow treatment plans accurately and adapt to patient needs
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills
