Emergency Medical Technician Apprenticeship en Main Line Health

NO PRIOR EMT OR HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED! 

• This will be a paid hybrid training course consisting of a mixture of on the job training, along with in-classroom education at Delaware County Community College campus in Media, PA.

• If selected for the program, you would fully transfer from your current Main Line Health position to an EMT Apprentice position. You will take part in a 16 week Apprenticeship program.  Your Apprenticeship will consist of in classroom education and hands on the job training in your assigned department.

Expectations:

• 52 week apprenticeship program.
• First 16 weeks, Hours are Mon - Friday Day Shift
• Weeks 16 - 52, 12 hour night and day shift rotation. 3 days a week
• Every other weekend requirement
• Travel is required

Education

• High School Graduate or Equivalent 

Licensures/Certifications:

1. Current driver's license valid in Pennsylvania with a copy on file.

Salary: $19/hr.
