Your Role at Delta Faucet

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key supporting role across the Trade Experience Marketing function. This position assists in the execution of merchandising initiatives, event programming and marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the foundations of trade marketing, visual merchandising, and event management.

Responsibilities

Trade Merchandising Support (40%)

  • Assist in the planning, production, and rollout of showroom merchandising displays and promotional materials.
  • Support vendor coordination for display builds, signage production, and shipping logistics.
  • Help track and maintain inventories of merchandising materials, samples, and fixtures.
  • Collect and organize sales, performance, and visual feedback data to support merchandising analysis.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, brand, and product) to ensure merchandising aligns with brand standards.

Event Program Support (40%)

  • Support event program planning, scheduling, and logistics across trade and influencer events.
  • Coordinate speaker communications, session materials, and run-of-show documentation.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of event collateral and digital content.
  • Collect attendee and partner feedback post-event and help compile evaluation reports.
  • Provide onsite support during events, ensuring smooth execution and a high-quality attendee experience.

General Marketing Support (20%)

  • Maintain project trackers, timelines, and shared team documents.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking documentation.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and documenting key updates.
  • Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and internal partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Adobe Creative Suite or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn about merchandising, brand marketing, and event operations.
