Duties
Assist the Business Manager (Food Service) in directing the operations and supervision of multiple food service facilities.,Conducts surveys, reviews activity reports, and makes recommendations concerning services, promotion activities, and revenue improvements.,Assist Business Manager in the selection of employees and in training new employees to work situations, compliance with health and safety standards, and proper use of storage of tools and equipment and supervises assigned staff.,Completes cash reports, and makes daily deposits.
Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following: work experience performing duties as follows: Leading others in food service facilities; AND Recommending and enforcing internal operating procedures; AND Assisting in the training of new employees to work situations, compliance with health and safety standards, and proper use of, and storage of, tools and equipment. work effectively in a fast paced, stressful environment, AND have good interpersonal skills, AND communicate orally (by word of mouth) and in writing, AND if not already possessed, within three months of employment, obtain and maintain during your employment a certificate for sanitation in food service. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": One (1) year of work experience in one or more of the following types of establishments: Coffee House, or Special Events Venue, or Club, or Catering.
