**Safety Coordinator – Construction**
We’re hiring a **Safety Coordinator** to support our construction teams and ensure every project is completed safely and in compliance with company and OSHA standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building a strong safety culture.
**Responsibilities:**
* Conduct regular job site safety audits and inspections
* Lead toolbox talks, orientations, and ongoing safety training
* Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
* Investigate and document incidents and near-misses
* Maintain safety records, permits, and compliance documentation
* Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to promote safe work practices
**Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of construction safety experience preferred
* Knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety requirements
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* OSHA 30 certification or equivalent preferred
