Qualifications:

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. 
 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience, preferably in Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. 
  • Strong background in banking or finance is essential. 
  • Prior experience with corporate audit procedures, ensuring proper services, controls, and security features for all company-owned bank accounts.
     
  • Experience:

     

    • 5–7 years of combined experience in: 
    • Business: Strong understanding of fundamental business practices and concepts that drive organizational success and profitability.
    • Treasury & Finance: In-depth knowledge of key financial indicators, controls, and the ability to assess the impact of financial information on decision-making.

     

  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, etc..).
    • Strong working knowledge of technical tools and ability to leverage technology for process improvement.
       

       

  • Professional Attributes:
    • High level of integrity, accountability, and a strong sense of urgency with a results-oriented mindset.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on process discipline and accuracy.
       
  • Work Conditions:
    • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
    • Minimal domestic and/or international travel.
