Description

TPMG Peninsula Medical Associates are seeking a full-time board-certified physician to join our team.

Tidewater Physicians Multispecialty Group (TPMG), formerly Tidewater Primary Care Physicians, P.C., was formed in 1992 with four primary care medical groups in Newport News, Hampton, and Yorktown, Virginia. Today, TPMG has expanded its practices to include over 220 primary care, specialty physicians, and advanced practice clinicians who provide care to patients throughout the Hampton Roads and southeastern Virginia. 

TPMG’s team of expert physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, medical assistants, diagnostic staff, and non-clinical staff all work together to provide consistent, compassionate, high-quality medical care. The practice consists of one Physician, one Advanced Care Practitioners, and support from an experienced administrative and clinical team that performs clinical administrative tasks freeing you to focus on patients. The right candidate would be conscientious, empathetic, a good communicator and organized. 

Position details:

  • Full-time position:  Monday-Thursday 8.00am–5.00pm, Friday 8.00am-12.00pm
  • Shared on-call schedule
  • Established, busy, growing practice in Hampton, VA

Requirements:

  • Current state licensure to practice medicine.
  • Board Certified.
  • DEA license.
  • Current CPR certification.
