The role
We’re looking for a Head of Partnerships to build and take strategic ownership of Numan’s entire partnerships ecosystem — spanning influencer collaborations, affiliates, and brand alliances.
In collaboration with Brand and Creative teams, you will design and execute data-driven, full-funnel strategies that fuel sustainable customer growth, expand reach, and deepen engagement.
Combining creative vision with analytical rigour and commercial acumen, you will lead a high-performing team and play a pivotal role in how Numan engages, grows, and inspires customers through meaningful partnerships.

You’ll be:
Building, leading, and developing a high-performing partnerships team, fostering growth and excellence.
Taking full ownership of the Partnerships budget, including forecasting, performance analysis, and reporting on impact.
Defining and executing a Numan partnerships strategy across creator collaborations, affiliate programs, and brand alliances at all funnel stages.
Developing and executing a comprehensive new business strategy, including targeted outreach, pipeline management, and creation of high-margin commercial models to maximise partnership impact and profitability.
Leading negotiations and closing strategic deals with key partners
Overseeing relationships with key agencies, networks, and other critical channel vendors.
Acting as the strategic lead for 360° partnership campaigns, bridging Brand, Partnerships, and Creative teams while overseeing execution.
Overseeing the technical infrastructure of the partner tracking ecosystem to ensure accurate data flow and transparent performance visibility.
Championing the adoption of AI tools and automation to enhance team scalability, streamline workflows, and boost productivity.
We’re looking for someone who has:
Extensive experience leading Partnership and Affiliate Marketing initiatives for large D2C brands, including leadership experience of +2 years. Experience in med-tech is a plus.
Deep understanding of the UK partnerships landscape and an established network of key industry players.
Track record of setting clear goals, managing performance, and inspiring high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
Experience managing significant marketing budgets or full P&L ownership, making data-led, ROI-driven decisions.
Demonstrated success in designing and executing global partnership strategies and roadmaps that deliver growth.
Expertise in structuring, negotiating, and managing complex deals and contracts with senior and C-level stakeholders.
Strong analytical and commercial skills, including forecasting, performance measurement, ROI analysis, and financial modelling.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across internal and external stakeholders.
Solid understanding of technical foundations of partnership infrastructure to ensure accurate tracking and seamless data flow.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for leveraging AI-driven solutions to optimise processes, elevate creative output, and drive innovation.
It’s a bonus if you have:
Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing tools (e.g., custom automation stacks).
Strong understanding of brand storytelling and ability to align partnership campaigns with brand identity and tone.
Good understanding of influencer marketing channels and social media platforms.
