Position Summary
The Vice President of Sales provides onsite sales and marketing relating to all aspects of the MRO Holdings, (MROH) The position also ensures alignment with objectives set by the corporate business strategy of MROH. The VP of Sales represents the company to its Senior leadership. employees, customers, investors, and to the public in general in a manner fully aligned with MROH strategic vision and guiding principles. This role is a key part of our global marketing and origination strategy and will closely work with cross-functional teams to drive revenue through current accounts and lines of business but also a strategic focus on new customers and new lines of business.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish goals and objectives that support short-term objectives and long-term positioning of the business. Concentrating on airframe maintenance with a commitment to originating new commerce opportunities through new and existing customers. In addition, the role will be responsible to help develop new lines of business such as component overhaul work. This role will also be responsible for assisting with administration of current partner relationships.
- Executing strategic sales and marketing business plans to drive revenue growth and achieve company profitability.
- Partnering with MROH executive leaders to drive client retention and new sales growth initiatives. Maintaining key customer service relationships and developing strategies to expand the MROH’s customer base within the aviation community.
- Managing and maintaining a scalable revenue growth plan and model, leading accurate sales forecasting and performance tracking. Conducting data-driven analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and methods.
- Staying abreast of industry trends, developments, and sharing insights with MROH team.
Qualifications
At least 5 -10 years’ experience in MRO related transactional business and Sales & Marketing functions.
Business/Aviation/Engineering background related degrees, good understanding of aircraft technical conditions, and aircraft maintenance cycle
Strong understanding of airline financials, credit assessment and risk allocation.
Strong business acumen with good sense of deal making and closing.
Self-motivated, result oriented, excellent communication skills and customer focus.
Must be proficient in English and Spanish preferred.
