We’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy Parts & Maintenance Rockstar who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves making things run smoother, faster, and smarter.

What You’ll Do

This role is the best of both worlds:

30–40%: Parts Warehouse Coordination

You’ll be the heartbeat of our parts operation—keeping everything our maintenance team needs flowing efficiently.

• Run the parts warehouse like a well-oiled machine
• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize all goods & materials
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee cycle/physical counts
• Build and manage our CMMS system (the brain of plant maintenance!)
• Issue parts & generate work orders to keep our techs equipped
• Spot process improvements and make things better every day
• Support site safety initiatives

60–70%: Maintenance Mechanic

Keep our production line moving and be the hero during breakdowns.

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and equipment troubleshooting
• Crush preventative maintenance to prevent downtime
• Diagnose issues quickly and get machines back online fast
• Safely operate forklifts, man lifts, skid steers & more
• Fabrication or welding skills? Even better!
• Work as part of a strong, safety-first maintenance team
• Support building & grounds maintenance as needed
   

What You Bring to the Team

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• CMMS or maintenance software experience (Fluke/E-Maint a plus!)
• Experience in 3 or more of these areas:
  ? Welding & Fabrication
  ? Hydraulics
  ? Pneumatics
  ? Electrical / Motor Controls
  ? Reading Schematics
  ? Automotive or Diesel Mechanics
  ? Mechanical Component Repairs
• Strong safety mindset with OSHA awareness
• Valid driver’s license & clean record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work extended hours when needed
   

Work Environment

This role is anything but boring — your days will fly by!

• Mix of office + action on the production floor
• Indoor & outdoor work in all seasons
• Use of hand tools, diagnostic equipment, computers, and heavy equipment
   

Position Details

• Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
• Reports To: Plant Manager
