Shift Days M-F 8 am - 5 pm

The role you’ll contribute:

Patient Experience Liaison & Executive Assistant is responsible for overseeing Wauchula Administration, service excellence projects, curriculum delivery, and improvement consulting for hospital team members, physicians and c-suite executives. This role is based at Florida Hospital Wauchula and partners with the FH Heartland based Patient Experience Regional Manager & Patient Experience Coach to lead and/or participate in patient experience best practice initiatives and site visits, requiring solid knowledge of functional best practices and critical thinking related to how to best influence process improvement. This role requires solid experience in organization and communication skills. They will also coordinate all administrative functions and performs all executive secretarial duties necessary for the operation of the administrative offices. Assures a smooth flow of information and programs between Administration and other hospital departments.

·  Acts as a liaison between the Administrator and the community, medical staff, hospital departments, and staff members to promote positive working relationships.
·  Assists the Administrator in planning, developing, implementing, evaluating, and performing administrative procedures to facilitate smooth hospital operations.
·  Assumes social and professional duties directed toward improving staff morale, performance, and continuity in the workplace.
·  Serves on various committees and participates as assigned to assure appropriate scheduling.
Schedules, records, and follows up on administrative duties.


The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

·  High School Grad or Equivalent Required
·  3+ years of healthcare related experience Required
