Job Summary: Responsible for overall operation of the Warehouse and Inventory / Material management to achieve project’s Service, COM and Financial objectives. Typically Warehouse Manager III have large warehouses and larger teams of more than 3 team members with full supervisory responsibilities (Camp Lejeune, Fort Drum, Fort Campbell, Hickam, IPC). They are directly responsible for approving purchase orders and in many cases assist with ordering and issue equipment, materials, supplies, merchandise and tools.
- Manage, issue and order inventory: Utilize Yardi management system to manage, issue and order all inventory and equipment as per guidelines including the approval of purchase orders. Ensure that warehouse(s) are properly stocked and inventory levels are maintained in accordance with the current maintenance activities of the project. Ensure that company policies are followed for purchasing, receiving and stocking materials. Has approval authority for purchase orders.

- Supervision of Warehouse Staff and Operations: Participate in hire, termination, and progressive discipline for Warehouse staff. Actively participate in recruitment process for all personnel and structure or compensation adjustments personnel. Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews for all direct reports.
- Conduct and support regular warehouse and vehicle inventories in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage relationships with vendors and establish accounts with vendors in conjunction with in accordance with company policies.
- Responsible for ensuring safe, clean and tidy warehouse and maintenance facilities and comply with proper safety and environmental policies for storage and recording and reporting requirements (including Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all materials.)
- Effectively manage and oversee special orders to support COM and Service.
- Maintain tool and equipment logs for all Project owned tools. Ensure all are maintained in working order. Inform Maintenance Manager of Director of Maintenance of tool and equipment requirements. Support Maintenance operations with Rental Equipment if necessary.
- Generate timely and accurate reports as required.
- Maintain refuse and recycling collections for maintenance operations.
- May be responsible for fleet management including schedule of service, maintenance of insurance and registration, etc.
- May be required to support Community Centers with purchasing of office and cleaning supplies.
