As a Field Greeter, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting our passengers and drivers at Disney Cruise Lines and during special events as needed in the Greater Orlando area.
You will partner closely with the field supervisor, dispatch, and operations teams, to support the overall Guest Experience by providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with your operational partners.
Schedule:
This position will begin on a part-time basis with the potential to become full-time if desired. Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed, including weekends and holidays.

- Be present and visible in the loading areas and provide assistance as required
- Communicate information clearly and concisely via direct connect radio or phone
- Accurately update logs and complete required documentation
- Keep the field supervisor, dispatch and operations teams updated on operations
Requirements:
- Able to work a flexible schedule which may include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to get to/from work
