Description

Performance Lexus Northern Kentucky seeks a skilled and detail-oriented Internal Used Car Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reconciling and reconditioning our used car inventory to ensure every vehicle meets our safety and quality standards. Your expertise will play a crucial part in our mission to provide our customers with the best possible pre-owned vehicle purchasing experience.

Compensation:

• $22.00 to $35.00 Per Flat Rate Hr. (experience-based)
• Cash Bonus Giveaway Outing Every Three Months
• $7,500.00 Sign-on Bonus Potential

Work Schedule:

• Monday -Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
• Weekends Off!

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and assess used cars in inventory. 
• Perform mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic repairs. 
• Document work and maintain vehicle condition records. 
• Collaborate with sales and management on vehicle reconditioning. 
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and policies. 
• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues. 
• Maintain a clean and organized work area. 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification preferred. 
• Experience as a technician, preferably with used cars. 
• Strong automotive repair knowledge. 
• Ability to work independently and in a team. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
