We are experiencing growth and we are looking for a Configuration Analyst in Orlando, FL.
You will be the Configuration Management Analyst for the Configuration Management Team. Our team is responsible for controlling product baselines, governing engineering change, and delivering accurate, up to date documentation across all programs
What You Will Be Doing
As the Configuration Management Engineer you will be the central authority for change control, leading Configuration Change Board (CCB) meetings, evaluating engineering change packages, and ensuring that every modification is tracked, approved, and released in line with program schedules and customer requirements. You’ll work side by side with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain partners to keep the product configuration clean and compliant.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Lead weekly CCB meetings, facilitate decision making, and document outcomes.
• Review and analyze engineering change packages for technical, schedule, and cost impacts.
• Generate and maintain change orders, ensuring proper authorization and traceability.
• Manage the Document Release process, guaranteeing that released data meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Oversee Data Management and Configuration Status Accounting to provide real time baseline visibility.
• Coordinate change implementation with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and subcontractors.
• Produce impact reports that quantify effects on system performance, cost, and schedule.
• Verify that all customer requirements are captured and reflected in configuration data.
• Conduct audits of configuration management practices to ensure policy compliance.
• Mentor junior staff on CM best practices and tools.

Basic Qualifications
– Prior experience in data management, configuration status accounting and document release process.
- Possess good computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
- Active Secret security clearance with latest investigation within the last 5 years.
