This is a Senior Management level position, and benefits for this position include:

PURPOSE AND POSITION OVERVIEW
Serves as lead administrator for the oversight of all agency programs and services. Ensures quality and compliance of clinical treatment models and program fidelity. Ensures that programs are delivered in a manner consistent with the Agency mission, vision, and values.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITES
- Oversight of all programs that are not medical in nature
- Ensure integration between departments and services.
- Ensure quality of care and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with grants.
- Conduct program reviews with program management staff
- Involvement in strategic planning processes for departments and programs.
- Support the implementation of new projects that build and expand agency programs and services
- Work with grant writer and senior management to facilitate applications for new grants and continuation grants.
- Acts as backup to Chief Executive Officer/President in his/her absence.
- Participate in the interview and hiring process when appropriate.
- Represent the Agency and establish relationships at community, regional and state levels.
- Collaborate with fiscal department in the development and review of budgets and forecasts for all direct services.
- Supervise, coach and provide guidance to supervisees.
- Perform any other department or agency-related duties or special projects as directed by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS and COMPETENCIES
Master's degree or PhD required with State of CT clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) strongly preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Knowledge of psychiatric illness and substance abuse.
Experience in counseling/therapeutic methods and practices, management of multi discipline behavior health systems, supervision, public speaking and data analysis.
Good communication and writing skills.
Ability to prioritize and organize schedules/demands.
Strong management and leadership skills.
Ability to research and create program design.
Computer literacy.
Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation.
