We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Solution Design lead to coordinate all our analytical solutions with a focus on Stellarus datamart initiatives across the healthcare analytics ecosystem serving multiple clients. This role will be instrumental in driving alignment among business needs, data architecture, and analytics enablement—ensuring our analytical solutions support Stellarus products and initiatives.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide business and/or technical expertise and leadership in designing and implementing large scale, complex enterprise applications requiring high performance and availability
  • Provide integrated solution design and recommend alternative technologies to enhance current or anticipated solutions that support overall corporate and business goals
  • Lead the review and design concepts for new data systems and develops and documents the technical design for the solution implementation
  • Ensure the development of plans for integration of new data systems architecture into current implementations
  • Provide leadership and direction to clients in consulting, planning, and marketing of multiple, complex automated systems

Responsibilities

  • Data Requirements Gathering: Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and business stakeholders to define and refine requirements that support analytical solutions such as datamarts and the meta data creation
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact between analytics, IT data services product teams, domain stewards, and business owners to ensure analytical solutions meet enterprise standards and use case requirement
  • Lead: Drive and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of solutions which include planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment spanning multiple domains (e.g., Utilization Management, Pharmacy, Appeals and Grievances, Claims, Behavioral Health, etc.)
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate recurring check-ins, working sessions, and executive updates to track progress, surface and address blockers, and manage and drive prioritization.
  • Documentation & Communication: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of scope of work, architecture decisions, and data definitions ensuring visibility of deliverables and dependencies across teams.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to long-term roadmap development for datamart capabilities, AI-readiness, and integration with enterprise data platforms in alignment with Stellarus goals.
  • Data Governance & Quality: Partner with data stewards and analytics SMEs to define and enhance field-level metadata, quality rules, and reference tables in Collibra

Qualifications

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Requires at least 15 years of prior relevant experience

  • Hybrid (Default): Work from a business unit-approved office at least two (2) times per month (for roles below Director-level) or once per week (for Director-level roles and above). Exceptions:

o   Member-facing and approved out-of-state roles remain remote.

o   Employees living more than 50 miles from their assigned offices are expected to work with their managers on a plan for periodic office visits.

o   For employees with medical conditions that may impact their ability to work in-office, we are committed to engaging in an interactive process and providing reasonable accommodations to ensure their work environment is conducive to their success and well-being.

  • On-Site: Work from a business unit-approved office an average of four (4) or more days a week.

    Office Environment - roles involving part to full time schedule in Office Environment. Based in our physical offices and work from home office/deskwork - Activity level: Sedentary, frequency most of work day.
