As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dedicated Safety Manager to oversee and continuously improve our safety programs and culture.


Position Summary


The Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring company-wide safety programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role will oversee training initiatives, site inspections, and incident investigations to foster a proactive safety culture across all EnterSource projects and teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain EnterSource’s safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular field safety audits, job site inspections, and hazard assessments.
  • Lead and facilitate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training programs for employees and contractors.
  • Investigate all incidents, near misses, and injuries; identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of training, incidents, and safety audits.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for safety-related matters with management, field supervisors, and regulatory agencies.
    Collaborate with project managers and team leaders to ensure safety protocols are integrated into all phases of work.
  • Track safety metrics and generate reports for leadership on safety performance and trends.
  • Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in workplace safety.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of safety management experience, ideally within telecommunications, construction, or utilities industries.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA regulations, DOT requirements, and applicable safety standards.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train and influence employees at all organizational levels.
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), or similar credentials preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management software.
  • Must be willing to travel as needed to field sites and project locations.  Up to 75% of the time.
