We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. This position is suited for someone who works well in dynamic environments and has a solid background in cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure. In this role, you will help design, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions that keep our business systems running smoothly. Position Summary

IT Infrastructure Senior Tech is responsible for ensuring continuity of Information Technology based infrastructure, communications, security and application services for system users throughout the organization through planning, technical leadership, and project coordination.   Ability to manage various technology platforms, while looking for ways to advance our technology solutions in a cost-effective way.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as high-level technical expert in guiding teams in solving complex business or system problems utilizing on prem, cloud and/or hybrid solutions.
  • Create technical designs, test cases, and documentation to ensure project and production schedules and service levels are met.
  • Contribute to both project and operational work, including configurations, issue troubleshooting, implementation and testing.
  • Design and implement highly technical long-term strategic goals and short-term tactical plans that align with the business needs.
  • Implement operational and technical security controls; and adhering to organizational security policies and procedures.
  • Maintain baseline system security according to organizational policies.
  • Prepare for and perform IT and/or industrial control systems (ICS) cyber incident response as required.
  • Provide proactive guidance, support, training of hardware/software standards and procedures to junior system personnel and end-user support personnel.
  • On-call rotation.
  • Perform related work as required.
