Responsible for executing an organizational development service strategy for St. Joseph's Health. Provides consultation in Leadership Development, Change Management, Performance Management, Diversity and Inclusion and Talent Development. Responsible for bringing a forward thinking, innovative, and stimulating approach to areas that help position St. Joseph's health and its employees for success now and in the future. Creates, sustains and adjusts leadership/employee development road maps to enhance performance, behavior and capability at individual, team, organization, and enterprise levels.
Qualifications
Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts acquired through a Bachelors in Organizational Development (Master's degree preferred) or closely related field and five to seven years of work related experience. Strong organizational development facilitation and coaching skills required as is excellent written, verbal communication skills. Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Ability to think strategically and develop tactical action plans to achieve business and people goals. Experience, presence, and flexibility to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization from front line staff to Senior Executives.
