We’re currently looking for an experienced, driven, and customer-focused Desking Manager to lead our Sales team. 

As the Sales Manager, you will be part of a team of two that will oversee the entire vehicle sales operation, working closely with the sales team, manufacturer reps, and senior leadership to ensure a smooth, efficient, and profitable department. You’ll play a key role in ordering inventory, structuring deals, managing the team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

            •           Oversee all aspects of car sales operations

            •           Order and manage new vehicle inventory based on demand, trends, and allocations

            •           Structure deals, desk deals, and assist sales team with closing deals 

            •           Train, mentor, and motivate the car sales team

            •           Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and implement improvement strategies

            •           Ensure timely follow-up with all leads and prospects

            •           Maintain strong relationships with OEM partners and manufacturer reps

            •           Collaborate with the finance department to streamline deal flow

            •           Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated concerns

            •           Stay current on vehicle product knowledge, industry trends, and market competition

Qualifications:

            •           Proven experience in automotive sales management 

            •           Strong leadership and coaching abilities

            •           Excellent communication and organizational skills

            •           Ability to thrive in a customer-driven environment

            •           Working knowledge of desking deals and dealership software (e.g., Tekion, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, CRM platforms)
