LATAM Transactional Lawyer en Macquarie Group

In this role, you will work as an adviser to a dynamic and growing business, counselling them on strategic initiatives in addition to providing transaction level support. In your transactional role, you will structure transactions and lead and manage the documentation and negotiation of lending transactions, including syndicated loans, bilateral loans, acquisition finance, and project finance deals within the LATAM region. You will draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and related transactional documents and advise the business on legal and regulatory issues impacting lending transactions in LATAM jurisdictions. Additionally, you will support capital markets transactions, including debt issuances and structured finance deals as needed and stay up to date with developments in LATAM banking, finance, and capital markets regulations, and provide training and updates to internal teams and clients.Salary range for this position: $250,000 - $375,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
