Description

Position Summary


The Charter Sales Executive will provide support to the Charter team, Flight Support and Outside Sales. They will resolve customer requests and serve as a contact between various departments.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sells and services the Clay Lacy Aviation charter product which consists of the brokerage of
  • aircraft with a Clay Lacy Aviation approved outside vendor fleet with primary focus on the Clay
  • Lacy Aviation managed aircraft.
  • Works to meet the established charter revenue goals.
  • Maintains consistent communication with each client.
  • Promotes the CLA Preferred program, along with any other promotion
  • Evaluates aircraft and crew availability to determine that a viable option exist for the perspective client.
  • Maintains good relationship within the industry
  • Is proficient in both FL3XX the quoting software and Hubspot the CRM.
  • Prepares custom quotations for charter services to all requesting parties, including aircraft owners, outside sales, third-party customers and industry groups in a timely fashion.
  • Responsible for all communication with new and existing charter clients,
  • Works in conjunction with Flight Support to determine that TSA and FAA regulations, requirements are met regarding scheduling of trips, security checks, etc. for part 135 flights.
  • Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments and external groups, including flight operations, accounting, security, customs, etc., and prepares and maintains the information supporting this communication between all entities.
  • Resolves customer requests, questions and concerns, which frequently require analysis of
  • situations to determine best use of resources.
  • Supports team effort through courteous and professional interaction, excellent communication, and a genuine desire to service our customer base.
  • Promotes and maintains a positive image of Clay Lacy Aviation and adheres to the highest level of ethics whether you are communicating verbally, in writing or in person.
  • Sensitive to the customers’ needs by using varying degrees of discretion.
  • Maintains a continuous follow-up on all trip details and arrangements.
  • Maintains communications with the crew and passengers as necessary regarding the status of trip details.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Intermediate level of computer literacy.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional task management and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in Hubspot, FL3XX

Qualifications


Required Education and Experience

 

  • Associate or bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience.
