Invoicing Specialist (DOE L clearance) en Harkcon, Inc.

Harkcon, Inc. is supporting Dept of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Office of Secure Transportation (OST) and is hiring an Invoicing Specialist to work in a strong team environment at NNSA OST Headquarters facilities in ABQ, NM.

In this role, you will:

• Verify invoices, invoice number, account codes and financial amounts.
• Enter data into established DOE, NNSA, and OST databases for tracking, monitoring, and reporting.
• Support financial reconciliation of OST's invoicing activities to include obtaining receivers, coordinating invoice notices, tracking/reconciliation of costs/payments with government systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and
• 2 years of related work experience is:
  1. Payment/reconciliation for private or government sector
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Familiarity with the following government systems (preferred)
  1. iPORTAL
  2. STRIPES
  3. FAST
  4. Share Point
• Clearance: DOE L

This work will be done on-site at government facilities in Albuquerque, NM.
