We’re currently seeking a Collections Specialist to join our team—a motivated individual who brings empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused mindset to every interaction.

What You’ll Do:

• Contact members regarding delinquent accounts in a respectful, professional manner.

• Work collaboratively with members to identify solutions and repayment options that best fit their financial situations.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all communications and account activity.

• Support members through challenging times while protecting the credit union’s financial interests.

• Ensure a consistent, member-focused collections experience.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• A compassionate approach to member interactions.

• Previous experience in collections, lending, or customer service preferred.
