Job Title:  Senior Technical Program Manager (ST PM)

Location:  Washington, DC area; Hybrid

Clearance: Active Top Secret or Tier 5 (favorable adjudication)   

Citizenship: US Citizenship required

Exemption Status: Exempt

Position type: Full time

Salary: $140,000 - $250,000 wage range.  You will receive a competitive total rewards package that is applicable to the U.S. only. The salary range may vary based on experience, skillset, and geographical location.

AttainX Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager (ST PM) to oversee all aspects of IT and cybersecurity support for Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP)’s enterprise systems. The ST PM will lead technical staff and ensure the delivery of compliant, secure, and high-performance solutions. This role requires a seasoned IT leader with an excellent background in federal cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and large-scale IT program execution, particularly in DoD environments.

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.

• 8+ years managing complex federal government IT projects of similar size/scope.

  • A minimum of eight years of experience in leading projects involving compliance with the DoD CC SRG and the DoD RMF (e.g., DoDI 8510.01). 
  • A minimum of eight years of experience in Change Management and quality assurance concepts and guidelines, such as AGILE, IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). 
  • Must have one or more of the following current/active certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCISO, GSLC, CCSP, CISSP-ISSEP, CISSP-ISSMP.
  • Experience providing support for large Department of Defense contracts with a preference for MC&FP or related support activities.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active TS SCI or Active Favorable Tier 5 investigation adjudication.

 

Job Duties:

• Provide day-to-day leadership of all IT and cybersecurity contract support personnel

• Oversee performance under Task 3, ensuring technical compliance and innovation

• Serve as technical liaison between contractor teams and Government leadership

• Support cybersecurity operations, infrastructure, and compliance activities

• Track program metrics and manage project risks and resources
