IBM BPM Engineer en Zone IT Solutions

We are looking for an experienced IBM BPM Engineer to join our team at Zone IT Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business process management solutions using IBM BPM tools. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the solutions meet business requirements and enhance workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IBM BPM Engineer or in a similar role, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of IBM BPM Suite, including Process Designer, Process Server, and Business Monitor.
• Experience in modeling business processes using BPMN standards.
• Familiarity with integration concepts and technologies (REST, SOAP, Web Services).
• Ability to analyze and optimize existing business processes.
• Strong coding skills in Java or similar programming languages.
• Experience with database technologies (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications in IBM BPM are a plus.
