As a Senior Program Manager within the R3 Program Management Office, you are responsible for leading complex projects and programs for R3’s customers. You will oversee and coordinate efforts across diverse customers, stakeholders, and R3 project teams, ensuring activities are aligned with R3’s processes and business objectives. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator (verbal and written) and have a strong background of leading complex projects and programs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight for project and program delivery
- Lead 10+ projects using project management disciplines, tools, and best practices to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new R3 customers, including coordinating documentation collection and creation, deploying R3’s toolsets, and ensuring a seamless transition of IT support services between R3’s service delivery teams and the customer.
- Review project statement of work and contracts to ensure alignment with customer goals and expectations.
- Develop and manage project schedules, plans, and resource allocations across all phases.
- Coordinate and conduct internal and external meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and routine check-ins with stakeholders.
- Manage and coordinate project activities with project team members and stakeholders, to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates to internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Monitor and control project scope, budget, hours, and timelines to maintain project health.
- Produce and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, risk and issue logs, change orders, corrective action reports, and lessons learned.
- Utilize project management tools to support project delivery, reporting, and creating performance metrics.
- Manage project closeout, obtain client approvals, and coordinate with accounting for invoicing.
- Contribute to the development of project statement of works (SOWs) and quotes using industry-standard estimation practices.
- Support and contribute to the continuous improvement of R3’s project management methodologies and practices
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a project or program manager
- Bachelor’s degree - in project management, business administration, information technology or related fields is desirable
- Experience with project management processes and disciplines
- Experience with coordinating numerous work streams and projects with all levels of management and stakeholders with minimal direction and oversight
- Certifications (one or more in project management) - PMP, Agile related, ITIL, Microsoft Certifications
- Strong demonstrated experience in core project management disciplines including scope, budget, schedule, resource, and risk management.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and client relationships simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
- Strong documentation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills; experienced in working with executive level stakeholders.
- Highly organized, responsive, team-oriented, and a critical thinker with a positive, collaborative attitude.
- Proficiency with project management tools
- Strong technical knowledge and background, especially in the areas of IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Microsoft technologies is a plus
- Experience with developing and management project metrics, reporting, and resource management is a plus
- Experience working with an MSP is a plus

The salary range for this position is $100,000 -$150,000/year.
The base salary range for this position is an estimate and may vary depending on relevant factors, including but not limited to education, experience, certifications, and skillset, as well as internal equity and business considerations. This range reflects base pay only and does not include bonuses, incentives, benefits, or other forms of compensation that may be offered as part of the total compensation package.
