Position Summary...
What you'll do...
- Define and communicate a long-term vision for MarTech capabilities aligned with business goals.
- Explore new areas for value creation using first principles and rapid experimentation.
- Build and own a product roadmap with clear phasing and prioritization.
- Manage backlog, trade-offs, and MVP rollouts to optimize product performance.
- Apply analytics and research to inform product strategy and feature development.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance using modern data tools and techniques.
- Map member journeys and identify touchpoints to deliver cohesive experiences.
- Simplify processes to improve satisfaction and engagement.
- Drive informed discussions with engineering teams on architecture, feasibility, and risks.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in MarTech, AI, and cloud technologies.
- Build consensus across marketing, engineering, and data teams.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Leverage deep knowledge of MarTech ecosystems, including:
- Marketing automation
- Audience building platforms
- Content management systems
- Experimentation platforms
- Member data platforms
- Media mix modeling
- Proven experience in MarTech product management and omnichannel marketing strategies.
- Strong technical fluency in data platforms, AI applications, and marketing automation tools.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, MVP development, and iterative optimization.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A passion for innovation, personalization, and data-driven marketing.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
