Account Manager Admin-Accounts Receivable Management

Location: Connect Breck, Breckenridge

Position Type: Full-time Non-Exempt

Compensation: $25.25-$29.63 /hr. (DOE)

Schedule: Onsite Monday-Friday

As an Account Manager Admin, you'll be the crucial support behind the scenes, ensuring seamless financial and administrative operations that keep our Owners smiling. You'll take charge of processing deeds, collaborating with the Public Trustee and County offices, and providing vital support for mortgage and HOA account recovery. Your keen eye for detail and empathetic customer service will turn complex administrative tasks into moments of clarity and trust for our Owners. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Deed of Trust releases and track all information on the designated spreadsheet.
  • Request reassignments and follow up on lender responses.
  • Ensure compliance with FTC regulations for the return of original documents.
  • Liaise with the Town of Breckenridge Real Estate Transfer Tax (RETT) office to facilitate payment and processing of returned deeds.
  • Work with the Summit County Clerk and Recorder's office to facilitate payment and processing of returned deeds.
  • Assist the Lead Account Manager with the HOA deed recovery project.
  • Conduct late-stage recovery efforts on mortgage and HOA accounts that are over 61 days past due.
  • Support the Account Manager of Communications and Lead Account Manager in addressing delinquent accounts.
  • Answer and return phone calls from owners needing assistance with their loans.
  • Service owner HOA accounts and respond to all customer service emails related to HOA questions.
  • Respond promptly to all email and voicemail correspondence.
  • Maintain a positive, helpful, and courteous relationship with owners, co-workers, and vendors.
  • Enter clear, accurate, and detailed notes in tracking software (Concord Interlink and TSW) for all owner contact concerning Mortgage and HOA accounts.
  • Maintain tracking and documentation as required by department leadership.
  • Uphold all company hospitality, core standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Act as the "end of the line," resolving situations independently without passing them along whenever possible.
  • Follow up on any situation not fully resolved during the initial interaction, considering the owner's preferences.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a one-year college certificate, technical school diploma, OR one or more years of related experience and/or training.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Ability to type by touch and operate a personal computer efficiently.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and interpret English fluently for creating reports, correspondence, and effective verbal communication.
  • Strong mathematical skills with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and calculate figures, discounts, and percentages.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and remain calm and professional with challenging customers.
  • High attention to detail and demonstrated accuracy in all tasks, especially data entry.
  • Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for the majority of the workday.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a real estate, title, mortgage servicing, or accounts receivable environment.
  • Direct experience working with deeds, mortgages, or lien releases.
  • Familiarity with specific software mentioned in the role, such as Concord Interlink or TSW.
  • Existing knowledge of FTC regulations related to document return or experience liaising with county recorder or clerk offices.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing delinquent accounts or conducting account recovery.
