As a Sales and Customer Experience Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll work alongside our Customer Experience team to assist customers via phone, email, and chat—helping ensure that every interaction reflects our company’s commitment to quality, care, and professionalism.

In this role, you’ll learn how to manage a high volume of communications, identify customer needs, and provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. You’ll also help support sample requests, order adjustments, and shipping resolutions, while learning what it takes to deliver a world-class customer experience from start to finish.

Shift available: Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (hybrid work environment between our office in Chanhassen, MN and remote working locations)

Compensation: $20.00 Hourly

  • have 1–2 years of customer service experience or other relevant work experience.

  • possess a can-do attitude and go above and beyond to satisfy customers.
  • are detail-oriented and able to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining quality and accuracy.

  • learn quickly and adapt to evolving products, processes, and technologies.

  • be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.

In this position, you will:

  • prepare for customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries through continuous learning of products, processes, and policies.
  • manage a large volume of incoming and outgoing communications with professionalism and accuracy.
  • identify and assess customer needs with empathy, aiming to deliver total satisfaction.
  • resolve product and service issues efficiently, determining root causes and finding the best possible resolutions.
  • send sample products and printed examples to prospective customers.
  • investigate, review, and respond to customer complaints and shipping issues.
  • assist with rework tickets and collaborate with production and shipping teams to ensure timely solutions.
  • maintain a warm, friendly, and professional tone with every customer interaction.
  • perform additional projects and tasks as assigned by management.
