Where we work: The ideal candidate for this role will live in the greater St. Louis area. Our St. Louis team comes into the office two or three days each week for in-person collaboration and other team meetings. All Brado employees outside of St. Louis will have some required travel during the year to ensure our teams can meet in person when the work requires.

The Role:

Position Summary

The Account Coordinator role is an entry-level position within the Client Services team. This role provides administrative support to the team’s Account Managers and Directors, while working to maintain and build upon existing client relationships. In addition to providing account support, the coordinator is a proactive member of the team helping to identify growth opportunities for clients, with the assistance of the account lead, before they identify a need or gap themselves.

The primary goal is to learn the duties and responsibilities of the Account Manager and be ready to step-in when an Account Manager cannot be present. This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow their career in account management.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Provides exceptional customer service to clients
  • Assists in reviewing reporting and client deliverables
  • Assists in replying promptly to client communications
  • Helps to craft statements of work and proposals
  • Communicates with the internal team about client requests and timelines
  • Takes accurate, concise meeting notes
  • Follows the lead of the Account Manager and Director in Client Services to help fulfill client work

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent experience.
