We are seeking a dedicated Director of Customer Experience to join our team to lead one of our prestigious locations. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of service our clients expect. As we operate 24/7, this position may require flexibility to work occasional weekends or holidays to support operational needs.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage front-facing teams including Concierge, Guest Services, Reception, and Valet.
  • Set service standards and ensure consistent, high-quality guest and resident experiences.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and coach staff; conduct performance reviews and ensure ongoing development.
  • Oversee daily lobby operations, visitor management, customer service systems, and communication flow across departments.
  • Handle escalated guest or resident issues and guide staff in effective service recovery. 
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and implement service improvement initiatives.
  • Manage department budgets, staffing allocations, uniforms, and training needs.
  • Ensure safety protocols and emergency response procedures are understood and executed by all staff.
  • identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall customer engagement.

This role requires a professional presence, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive, energetic attitude. The ideal candidate demonstrates patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to service. They must be able to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and show initiative in resolving issues. Strong leadership ability, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to remain composed and alert in dynamic situations are essential.

Requirements

  • Must reside in St. Petersburg or nearby surrounding areas.
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum of 1 year hospitality experience
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Availability to work (specific days) per week, with the possibility of overtime
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Physical – sitting, standing, walking
  • Knowledge of Outlook and Teams application software
  • Basic computer and typing skills 
  • Reliable transportation
