Essential Functions
- Provide support and guidance to internal and external customers to help promote the overall growth of FNBT’s Treasury Management initiatives
- Preparation of service level agreements for commercial clients
- Review, process and track service requests to ensure accurate and timely implementation.
- Coordinate and perform customer implementations and trainings (in-person and remotely)
- Input customer billing; prepare monthly management reports.
- Assist with staff training.
- Assist with new product development, business processes, service conversions and other special projects
