What You’ll Do:
- Lead all phases of project management including preconstruction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and closeout
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Collaborate closely with field staff, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and owners to drive successful project outcomes
- Provide accurate cost estimating and value engineering support during project development
- Review and negotiate contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork on every jobsite

Qualifications
What You Bring:
- 3–7 years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- Proven track record with projects ranging from up to $25M
- Solid understanding of project estimation, scheduling (Primavera/MS Project), and cost control
- Ability to lead project teams, train and develop your direct reports and build strong relationships with clients and trade partners
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
