Compensation & Benefits: 

• LSW / LPC:  $55,000 - $68,000 annually
• LISW / LPCC: $65,000 - $75,000 annually
• Paid Time Off (PTO) Starting at 16 Days/Year

Position Summary:
Unison Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Substance Use Clinician to join our treatment team. In this role, you will provide chemical dependency treatment, case management services, and support clients in their recovery journey,

Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights:

• Provide direct mental health and substance use disorder services to clients as appropriate per licensure

• Document client and program activities accurately

Education & Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience working with adults with mental health and substance use disorders

• CDCA required; LCDCII or dual licensure as PC or LSW preferred

• Experience in residential, MAT, or detoxification settings preferred
