Job Description:
- Manage the global corporate card and purchasing card programs, including card issuance, maintenance, and reconciliation.
- Serve as the main liaison between the company, card issuers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor card usage, compliance, and delinquency to ensure adherence to company policies.
- Oversee the global expense report auditing process performed by an offshore team using SAP Concur (or other T&E platforms).
- Monitor quality and timeliness of audits, providing guidance and resolving escalations.
- Ensure adherence to global travel and expense policies across all regions.
- Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for T&E and card-related processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create and improve processes for expense management and compliance.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Provide training and communications to employees on travel, expense, and corporate card policies and tools.
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, customer-focused manner.
- Support change management efforts related to new policies, system updates, or vendor changes.
- Assist the T&E Manager in managing relationships with travel and card vendors, ensuring service quality and cost efficiency.
- Support travel vendor performance reviews and contribute to sourcing initiatives when needed.
- Run regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards on expense and card data to analyze spend, compliance trends, and key metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on spend analysis and audit findings.
- Support internal and external audit requests related to T&E activities.
