Team Manager Recovery Specialist en None

The Team Manager – Recovery Specialist must demonstrate extensive knowledge of the services provided by agency Recovery Specialists. Team Manager is required to provide services to individuals and families receiving services through organization. The Team Manager – Recovery Specialist must be willing to use and share his or her personal, practical experience, knowledge, and first-hand insight to benefit the team and its clients.  

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: An individual living in recovery with a mental health and/or substance use condition. Or a family member of another person living with a mental health and/or substance use condition. Must have 2 years of experience working as a Certified Recovery Specialist.  Must have CPRC I & II or CPSP or CCP and must be willing to complete CSPR training.

Licenses:          Must possess a valid state issued driver's license.

                         Certified Recovery Specialist or able to pursue required certification.

Shift:                 First shift, M-F 5a-1p; weekends as needed. 

Salary based on experience.
