Job Description
Infosys is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java application development, object-oriented concepts, and web-based and client-server applications. This role requires proficiency in frameworks such as Spring (MVC) and hibernate as well as experience with both relational and non-relational databases.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

- Proactive approach for day-to-day tasks.
- Clear concepts in programming (Preferably Java, Springboot, Microservices).
- Experience in database.
- Understanding/Familiarity of cloud technologies.
- AI mindset and willingness to explore.
- Analyze and communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Work effectively both as an individual and as part of a team.
- Continuously learn and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
Preferred Qualification:
- At least 1 to 2 years in Java, Spring boot.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
