JOB TITLE: IT Support Tech
Essential Job Functions:
Organization Technology Use (30%)
Recognize the company’s composition and procedures
Assess technology and technological processes
Streamline processes
Routine Maintenance (30%)
Installing/configuring new computers/telephones
Repairing/upgrading PC hardware and software
Troubleshooting printers/scanners/copiers
Maintaining inventory of equipment and supplies (cables, adapters, etc.)
Infrastructure Support (10%)
Building and installing cables
Researching, learning, and evaluating new software
Documenting systems
End User Support (30%)
Diagnosing hardware and software problems
On-call when needed
Training staff
Document, prioritize, and track requests.
Job Specifications:
Must be able to manage time effectively.
Must be highly energetic, motivated, and posses the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Work pro-actively to resolve problems.
Available to travel to and resolve issues in the stores whenever it is necessary.
Commitment to continual improvement of support process and standards.
Qualifications/Employment Standards:
Associates degree in the IT discipline or relevant experience
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to articulate/communicate clearly, professionally and effectively with people of various levels of computer/systems experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows software products.
Knowledge of CRM and DRM software a plus.
Excellent problem analysis and troubleshooting skills required.
PC imaging/formatting skills.
Networking skills.

Prerequisites: As part of our application process, all applicants will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
