Job Description: Will be responsible for working in all cells on the paint line to include: loading / unloading line, steam cleaning parts, applying rivets and retrieving / delivery of parts carts. Duties may also involve wet spray-painting various components and sub-assemblies of Lantech equipment. 

Required Skills:

• • Able to lift and/or push loads up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to troubleshoot problems with electrostatic gun.
  • Must be quality conscious and be able to assist team leader to troubleshoot paint quality issues.
  • Must be a team-oriented individual with good interaction / communication skills.
  • Must be willing to work overtime as needed to meet schedule requirements
  • Must be able to drive a fork truck or willing/able to complete Lantech forklift certification

Desired Skills: Safety-focus mindset

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional training from vocational or trade school is a plus.
